Interim Management Services
We have an extensive pool of talented Executives who can work on Interim Management assignments for clients in Asia. The Minimum Contract Period is 6 months.
All Interim Management Assignment differ from each other and we take time and care to understand the outcomes required by our clients from an interim management assignment before we start to consider the appropriate candidate. Some assignments are project based, some are start-ups, some are to maintain the status quo, some are winding down operations and some are for research and development. Often such assignments involve a significant level of change management and also the ability to successfully hand over the assignment at the end of a contract.
It has been our experience that interim management assignments require people with not just the correct technical abilities but also depending on the assignment will require different people skills as well and only by working closely with clients in a collaborative manner with clients will our relationship deliver the right person for the role.
